The Charles Allis Chess club meets every Sunday 10:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. at Charles Allis Villa Art Museum located 2220 N. Terrace Ave. Milwaukee, WI. This Club was originally created for Seniors 55+ but has grown into the most diverse group of PawnPushers in the Milwaukee Chess Community. Come for the Coffee, stay for the Chess. Enjoy the Art!
CHESSBOX CAFE' Fundraiser
The summer is full of wonderful opportunities for Chessbox Corp. & Academy as we plan more tournaments and events in Central Wisconsin and Chicagoland areas. Chessbox University is currently raising funds to build the Chess Community that will impact Milwaukee neighborhoods and schools with positive programs that are unique, fun and educational. Our Chess Program is not just designed to improve the skills of our players and club members to prepare for upcoming events, but we use Chess as a Social Emotional Learning tool to equip our Youth with Critical Thinking skills that will prepare them for LIFE's lessons. We are looking to build our CASTLE and find a home for our Community. Please donate today to bring this dream to life.
